Learning Spaces
Our indoor and outdoor environments have been designed to form a comprehensive learning landscape and support the wellbeing of children and educators alike.
Spacious rooms with natural light and minimalistic décor provide a vibrant and welcoming environment. Our indoor spaces use neutral colours, wooden furniture and natural materials to minimise visual noise and create a calming atmosphere. Less visual stimulation helps children to focus, learn, understand and feel better as physical space affects behaviour, thoughts, emotions and wellbeing. Our learning environments encourage children in active, communal and independent learning.
Our garden, with its magnificent tree canopy, beautiful lawn and nature play areas, offers endless fun, adventure and treasures to discover. Too, there are plenty of ‘Thoughtful Spots’ to encourage children to just sit and observe. The garden has been designed to promote a healthy relationship with nature by encouraging everyone to engage with the outdoors; nature increases wellbeing, strengthens fine and gross motor skills, and helps children assess and manage risk. It is an open and inviting learning space where siblings and all age groups can play together while also being an area which provides ample opportunities for independent entertainment. In our wonderful garden we let nature build on a child’s physical, cognitive, social and emotional development, naturally!
